A new range of fashion stores will join Rhodes Shopping Centre!

Rhodes Shopping Centre will add a Target Discount Department store as part of a $14 million re-development of the centre. The redevelopment will also deliver Rhodes an enhanced fashion offer and relocate the existing fresh food precinct alongside the centre's established Coles supermarket.

"The addition of Target to the centre will compliment our outstanding fresh food, homewares, takeaway food and cinema offer" said Mirvac National Retail Development Director, Nick Read. "We are excited about the commencement of this development as it will provide a more appealing and comprehensive retail offer to our customers. Rhodes just keeps getting better!"

Target is one of Australia's favourite retailers - offering customers' quality, on-trend fashionable apparel for the whole family.  Target is also well known for its homewares and entertainment departments, with great seasonal catalogues always offering the latest innovations at great prices.

Preliminary works will commence at Rhodes in November with minimal disruption expected for customers and access to the Centre's car park will remain unchanged. Stage one will open in February 2009 with completion of the project and opening of the brand new Target store due late 2009.
