Parents Rooms
The Parents Rooms are located behind the Food Court on level one and next to Westpac on the ground level. Our parents rooms have been awarded a 5 Star Rating from the Australian Breastfeeding Association. They contain multiple feeding rooms, a safe play area, a TV with DVD entertainment, microwave, child size amenities, nappy change areas and a toilet.
Playland
Located behind Wendy's on the ground floor is Playland, where the kids can play to their hearts' content while you relax. A small Playland is also located in the food court. Parental supervision is required. For a bigger play experience, visit IKEA's Smaland - also located at Rhodes Shopping Centre.
Parents with Prams Parking
Specially dedicated car park spots for parents with prams are conveniently located near the centre entrances on levels P1, P2 and P4.
Free Pram Hire
Customers are able to hire prams for small children free of charge from the Customer Service Desk. Identification is required.
Kiddy Cruisers Hire
Make shopping with the kids easier and more entertaining! We have brand new Kiddy Cruisers available for hire from the Customer Service Desk! Charges apply and are available for viewing at the desk. Single person cruisers and one double person cruisers are available. Identification is required.
Reading Cinemas Crying Rooms
Reading Cinemas Rhodes features two sound-proof Crying Rooms. Positioned in the prime viewing area of the two largest auditoriums. Crying Rooms are the perfect solution for parents with active children to enjoy the latest movies in comfort. Each Crying Room seats up to seven people. Tickets are at standard prices and can be purchased from the Box Office.
Mumz & Bubz Club
Rhodes Shopping Centre invites you to join our Mumz & Bubz Club. The Mumz & Bubz Club is an exclusive club for parents with babies and toddlers. As a member, you will receive a regular invitation to our monthly morning teas - a great opportunity for you to take some time out, enjoy a complimentary morning tea and meet with a network of local parents so you can share stories and parenting tips. The morning teas are attended by special guest speakers such as motherhood nurses who are there to help answer any questions you may have and provide the latest information. For a list of morning tea dates, pick up a flyer from the Customer Service Desk.
As a member of the Club, you will also receive a regular e-newsletter reminding you of the next morning tea date and details as well as special bonus offers, retailer discounts and additional information on child-related services available at Rhodes Shopping Centre. Those parents who don't have access to email can pick up a hard copy from the Customer Service Desk.
Exclusive to Mumz & Bubz members is the special 'Nappy Cash' rewards program. We will reimburse you 20% of the value you spend on nappies and baby wipes at Rhodes Shopping Centre in Kids United gift vouchers! Mighty Monkeys Club
Rhodes Shopping Centre invites children 12 years and under to join the Mighty Monkeys Kids Club. As a Mighty Monkey, you will receive a package in the mail each school holidays with previews of all the fun things happening at Rhodes in those holidays as well as competitions, special offers and games to play!
