Centre Management

At Rhodes Shopping Centre, we are more than happy to be of assistance to you. You'll find our Centre Management office on level 7, above the Reading Cinemas. Our office is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Customer Service Desk

Our Customer Service Desk is located on the ground floor between Linda Jewellers and Tarocash, opposite The Coffee Club. It is conveniently opened during centre core trading hours. Please ask our friendly staff about the following services available at the centre:

Parents Rooms

The Parents Rooms are located behind the Food Court on level one and next to Westpac on the ground level. Our parents rooms have been awarded a 5 Star Rating from the Australian Breastfeeding Association. They contain multiple feeding rooms, a safe play area, a TV with DVD entertainment, microwave, child size amenities, nappy change areas and a toilet.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled facilities are located behind the Food Court on level one and next to Westpac on the ground level.

Gift Registry

The Rhodes Shopping Centre Gift Registry is designed to provide a gift service for the very special occasions in your life, including weddings, anniversaries, engagements, baby showers or birthdays! We aim to offer you a truly comprehensive gift registry service that is easy to use for both you and your guests.

By choosing to have your gift registry with Rhodes Shopping Centre, you can effectively choose gifts from an abundance of specialty stores including Australia's largest Bing Lee and IKEA stores and a huge selection of top brands for your bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

We�ll help you create your list, manage it and organise delivery. Plus we'll also reward you very special bonuses on the day you choose your gift list, special exclusive retail offers and great discounts on complimentary services such as hair & beauty, flowers and bonbonniere.

Your guests will have the convenience of being able to shop from any store at Rhodes Shopping Centre for your gift or they can purchase over the phone from selected retailers. Their gifts can then be wrapped, gift carded and delivered on their behalf for a nominal fee. It's that easy!

We recommend that when starting your list, you make an appointment with our Gift Registry Co-ordinator to allow time for them to discuss your specific needs, answer any questions and complete your registration details.

We also recommend that you register your special occasion with the centre no more than three (3) months prior to the occasion date and no less than six (6) weeks prior to your special day.

Free Justice of the Peace Service

Our free JP service is available each Wednesday between 10am and 12 noon and Saturday between 9am and 12 noon on the ground floor near Coles. Our free JP service is staffed by friendly volunteers from the NSW Justices Association.

Free Vet Service

Our free vet advisory service is available each Thursday between 4pm and 6pm on the ground floor near Coles. This free service is voluntarily provided by Dr Anthony Chu from Activet. This service is purely an advisory service and is not intended to replace regular veterinary care of your household animals.

Free Shoe Shine Service

Are your shoes a little worse for wear? Visit Bryce Kerr, our shoe shiner, each Thursday between 12pm and 3pm on the ground floor, near Coles and he will restore your favourite shoes to their former glory.

Parking

Rhodes Shopping Centre is located on Rider Boulevard, accessible from Homebush Bay Drive and Concord Road. The Centre has 3 hours free parking, with parking for over 8,000 cars daily. Disabled parking is located close to the centre's entrances on levels 1, 2, 3 and 9.

Rhodes Shopping Centre's car park boasts an NRMA 5 Star Parking Excellence Rating, one of only two shopping centre car parks nationally.

Access the Internet from our Food Court using Wireless Technology!

The Rhodes Shopping Centre food court is now an Azure Wireless Hotspot!

Azure Wireless is a Wireless Hotspot Operator providing high-speed wireless Internet and corporate network access from public venues such as hotels, convention centres, airports, and cafes. Azure's service is practical, simple, convenient, affordable and enables you to maximise your flexibility and productivity by accessing your office remotely.

Log-in Process

1. Ensure you are in an Azure Hotspot

2. Switch on your WiFi-enabled device - you need either in-built wireless compatibility, such as Intel Centrino (TM) mobile technology, or just insert an external wireless networking card into your device.

3. If your notebook is operating Windows XP or MAC OS, you should be automatically prompted to connect to the Hotspot - skip to step 5. If not, follow step 4 below.

4. Use the management software that operates your WiFi card/chip to configure your device to connect to the Azure network.

• Open this software by clicking on the relevant icon that appears in your Toolbar/system tray (usually at the bottom right of your screen).
• Set the Network Name / SSID to - Azure™.
• Ensure that WEP/data encryption is switched off (you can still establish a secure connection to your corporate network).
• Click OK to confirm these settings.

5. Open your web browser and open any valid web page. Within 20 seconds you will be automatically connected to the Login Screen. Follow the onscreen login process to select your preferred billing option (through your ISP, via credit card or by using a pre-paid card) and complete the login process.

6. If you want to establish a secure network connection, open your VPN software.

7. To finish a session, simply close all web browsers and VPNs. For your protection, your session will timeout after 15 minutes if you do not download any traffic (you will not be billed for this 15 minutes).
