Services available for you at Rhodes Shopping Centre!

Centre Management

At Rhodes Shopping Centre, we are more than happy to be of assistance to you. You'll find our Centre Management office on level 7, above the Reading Cinemas. Our office is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Customer Service Desk

Our Customer Service Desk is located on the ground floor between Linda Jewellers and Tarocash. It is conveniently open during centre core trading hours. Please ask our friendly staff about the following services available at the centre:

  • Free stroller, wheelchair and power shopper hire
  • Kiddy Cruisers hire
  • Our loyalty clubs
  • Free JP service
  • Kids play areas

Parents Rooms

The Parents Rooms are located behind the Food Court on level one and next to Westpac on the ground level. Our parents rooms have been awarded a 5 Star Rating from the Australian Breastfeeding Association. They contain multiple feeding rooms, a safe play area, a TV with DVD entertainment, microwave, child size amenities, nappy change areas and a toilet.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled facilities are located behind the Food Court on level one and next to Westpac on the ground level.

Gift Registry

The Rhodes Shopping Centre Gift Registry is designed to provide a gift service for the very special occasions in your life, including weddings, anniversaries, engagements, baby showers or birthdays! We aim to offer you a truly comprehensive gift registry service that is easy to use for both you and your guests.

By choosing to have your gift registry with Rhodes Shopping Centre, you can effectively choose gifts from an abundance of specialty stores including Australia's largest Bing Lee and IKEA stores and a huge selection of top brands for your bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

We'll help you create your list, manage it and organise delivery. Plus we'll also reward you very special bonuses on the day you choose your gift list!

Your guests will have the convenience of being able to shop from any participating store at Rhodes Shopping Centre for your gift or they can purchase over the phone from selected retailers. Their gifts can then be wrapped, gift carded and delivered on their behalf for a nominal fee. It's that easy!

We recommend that when starting your list, you make an appointment with our Gift Registry Co-ordinator to allow time for them to discuss your specific needs, answer any questions and complete your registration details.

We also recommend that you register your special occasion with the centre no more than three (3) months prior to the occasion date and no less than six (6) weeks prior to your special day.

Free Justice of the Peace Service

Our free JP service is available each Wednesday between 10am and 12 noon and Saturday between 9am and 12 noon on the ground floor near Coles. Our free JP service is staffed by friendly volunteers from the NSW Justices Association.

Parking

Rhodes Shopping Centre is located on Rider Boulevard, accessible from Homebush Bay Drive and Concord Road. The Centre has 3 hours free parking, with parking for over 8,000 cars daily. Disabled parking is located close to the centre's entrances on levels 1, 2, 3 and 9.

Rhodes Shopping Centre's car park boasts an NRMA 5 Star Parking Excellence Rating, one of only two shopping centre car parks nationally.
